5. SMS & WhatsApp Communications

We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV, or bank account credentials on our servers. All payment information is collected and processed directly by Easebuzz, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Their privacy practices are governed by Easebuzz's own Privacy Policy.
We retain only the following payment-related metadata for our records: order ID, Easebuzz payment ID, transaction amount, and payment status.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, including:
- Account data: for as long as your account is active, plus up to 24 months after closure (in case you reactivate).
- Order and transaction data: at least 8 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting regulations.

Presently, SatyaTerra uses display advertising and remarketing through Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdRoll, Facebook and affiliate networks, wherein third-party vendors including Google, Facebook, AdRoll and our affiliate network display our ads on sites across the internet and use first-party and third-party cookies together to inform, optimise and serve ads based on visits of visitors to our website. Our visitors are free to opt out of Google Analytics for display advertising and to customise Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager and by using ad blockers.
12.2 Your choices about our marketing and tracking tools
You can opt out of marketing messages. To stop getting our marketing emails, follow the instructions in any message you receive; you can also opt out by emailing us.
